Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders. While we aim for prompt delivery, please note that delays may occasionally occur, especially during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

 

Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: Our standard shipping generally takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location. We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the U.S., but we are working to expand our reach. Please check back with us periodically for updates.

 

Import Duties and Taxes

For orders over $800, import duties and taxes may be applicable. These charges arise because some of our suppliers are located outside the United States, and the goods are subject to U.S. customs duties upon entry. The amount of duties and taxes can vary based on several factors including the value and type of item, package weight and dimensions, and the origin country.

We recommend that you familiarize yourself with these potential charges, as they are the responsibility of the recipient. Éclat Vetement does not control these charges nor can we predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; thus, we advise contacting your local customs office for further information. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
